Description: Vegetable slicer. Constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel with stainless steel blades. 1.5 kW. Serial No. PS3351. Total length of the slicer: 1420 mm. Width: 920 mm. Height: 1270 mm. Product outlet height: 410 mm. The product is fed into a fixed drum, and high-speed paddles pull it against a fixed, horizontal blade that cuts the slice to the desired thickness. As the slices exit, a shaft with circular blades cuts them into strips of the specified width. This horizontal cut is then performed. Finally, transverse blades cut the strips into diced pieces.
